KidCo Hearth Gate, Good overall, but chintzy on operational details. in my opinion

The yesterday. I search for information on the KidCo Hearth Gate, so i would like to describe here.

After gates of fragile infant, I purchased this hearth gate. I now I have had it for 3 years and have ordered another I love so much. the gate has never worn out, yet easy to open and close. slides up and down a bit on the wall so I can MOP the floor beneath it. It's just tight enough between Rails that my small dogs can't get through. It is also sturdy enough for rooms, even 10 feet separate doors and never falter.
